Bought this printer 3 months ago. Great copies. Have a cup or two of coffee while you wait for it to print...Extremely slow. Very expensive to run... We are a very small office don't print a lot however, replaced all cartridges and now the drum has to be replaced. That is over $500 in 6 months. It cost about that much to start. Would not purchase this money pit again.

The HP Color Laserjet 2820 is a great on the based of quality performance. Seems slightly expensive but does matter. It prints very clear but if you are looking for speed this might me a bit slow. I have it for over 3 months now and have no complaints.
