Offering 100 GB of native storage capacity, the 100/200 GB 220LTO External Half-Height Tape Drive from Tandberg Data is an ideal storage media. It delivers Sustained/Compressed Transfer rate of up to 16/32 MBps. The drive incorporates an embedded media management feature for intelligent diagnostics and Smart Gripper technology securely locks the media lead-pin avoiding malfunctions when loading the tape into the drive. Also, the cooling airflow completely eliminates the need for a separate fan â€“ reducing the number of components that can fail. The drive is fully backward read and write compatible with LTO-1 media, and is suited for the multi-purpose backup needs of small or home offices. This Half-Height Tape Drive Kit is bundled with a data cartridge and Symantec Backup Exec QS Single Server Edition.
